Product description
Pneumatic combination tool for tensioning and sealing of PET straps is designed for strapping of items with PET straps of different width and thickness. This tool works according to friction sealing principle. Thermoplastic straps, which are put one over another, are heated to melting temperature with the help of special rapidly moving vibrator and are sealed at the adjustable depth under the pressure. This defines so-called "friction sealing".
This process occurs due to the compressed air feeding through the piston system of air motor, the air transmits energy to vibrator (sealer) which heats and presses straps which are put one over another.
