Tape Cord

Polyester cord tape is produced by thermochemical stitching of synthetic threads, polymer adhesives.

Can be used at temperatures from -50^oC to + 90^oC, the tape does not emit toxic substances into the environment and does not have a harmful effect on the human body in direct contact. Work with it does not require additional precautions. Strength is one of the most important parameters for packing tapes. The strength of soft steel belts with a width of 12-20 mm is approximately 180-420 kgf, semi-hammered: 270-720 kgf, cold-worked: 420-980 kgf. The strength of polyester belts with a width of 9-24 mm is 250-720 kgf. As can be seen, in most cases, the strength of polyester belts is approximately equal to the strength of steel semi-hammered, and in some cases exceeds.

The relative elastic elongation for polyester tapes is 8-12%.

 

Polyester cord bandage tape is designed for group packaging of piece products, binding of waste paper, tying long-length, sheet and molded products, fixing products on pallets, tying barrels and oversized cargo.
