Product description

DBF-900LW is used for the sealing of different types of films as well as for bags' producing. It is applied in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical industries, packaging of cosmetics, bulk solids, office and a lot of another products.

Features

Availability of the conveyor causes the main benefit of DBF-900LW design – the possibility of continuoussealing: constantly moving transporter gives the chance to continuously load and deliver the bags to the sealing unit. Such principle allows to do a welding seam of any length.

Sealer equipped by:

  • dating unit;
  • electronic temperature controller;
  • conveyor speed and sealing temperature controllers.

Operation

Bags one after another move on the conveyor which carrying out them through a sealing head that seals the bags. Then sealer provieds marking and transport bags into container (carton) with finished products.It is possible to use this equipment as a part of production lines.
